1. Services Offered

Addison’s Lawn Care provides residential lawn care and outdoor maintenance services in the Greater Sacramento area. Specific services may include mowing, trimming, irrigation, sod removal, yard clean-up, and other related tasks. Additional or custom work may be provided upon request and approval.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All service quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change upon in-person inspection. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been made in writing. Accepted forms of payment will be outlined during booking. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access

By scheduling services, you confirm that we have legal permission to access and work on the property. Please secure pets and ensure access to the necessary work areas on the scheduled date.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We take pride in performing work carefully and safely. However, Addison’s Lawn Care is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage

• Damage caused by hidden objects in lawn areas (e.g., rocks, cables, or sprinklers)

• Accidents or injuries due to unsafe property conditions

7. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, especially in cases of unsafe working conditions, failure to pay, or disrespectful behavior.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access restricted areas, or collect personal data from our site without consent. All content on the site (text, images, branding) is the property of Addison’s Lawn Care and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
